Maternity Service Package Orientation

Enrollments/Orientations are done on Mondays thru Fridays (except Tuesdays) at 8:00am at our Out-Patient Department. This is where requirements, privileges and policies will be explained thoroughly. There will only be 1 orientation per day and it starts promptly at 9:00am. Please come early as latecomers will not be entertained anymore once the orientation has started. Kindly bring your partner along.
