Located on the Ground Floor of the Sto. Niño Building, the Social Service Department is dedicated to delivering comprehensive, compassionate, and patient-centered psychosocial services to patients, their families, and the community. Through close collaboration with healthcare professionals, government agencies, community partners, and other stakeholders, the department addresses the social, emotional, and environmental factors that influence health and well-being. It is committed to promoting patient empowerment, facilitating access to available resources, supporting holistic care and recovery, and fostering sustainable community development.

The department operates under the Office of the Chief Executive Officer and is directly supervised by the Department Manager. It is staffed by three licensed Medical Social Workers who provide professional psychosocial assessment, counseling, case management, and financial assistance facilitation. They are supported by an Office Clerk who assists with documentation, records management, and administrative functions to ensure the efficient delivery of services.
